For NHS trusts
Trust accommodation ends at week eight. Referencing takes eight to twelve. We close the gap.
For international recruitment and pastoral care leads.
What changed for your cohorts on 1 May 2026
Landlords can no longer take rent in advance beyond one month. The six-months-upfront route many internationally educated staff used is gone. Cohorts now need a document pack and a guarantor route before Trust accommodation ends, or they end up in unsuitable rooms far from the hospital.
Free: a 20-minute session in week four of induction
What agents can and cannot ask for now, the documents that pass referencing, the guarantor route, and a realistic timeline. Delivered online or on site. Nothing is sold in the session. Every attendee gets the Rental Passport checklist.
Settle-in Housing Programme, per cohort
- Rental Passport briefing and a named contact for every nurse, midwife or doctor
- Guarantor arrangement through an insured partner, at the individual's choice
- Viewings within ten to fifteen minutes of the hospital through partner agents
- Weekly status to the pastoral lead: who is housed, who is stuck, and why
- A summary you can use as evidence of accommodation support for the Pastoral Care Quality Award standards
Pricing is per cohort, on request.
