Common questions

Is JustRelocation free for NHS workers?

Yes. The platform is completely free for NHS healthcare workers. Service providers pay a subscription to be listed. You never pay anything to search or make contact.

How do I find services near my hospital?

Go to the Services page and select your NHS trust or hospital from the list. The directory will filter results to show providers near your workplace. You can then refine by category.

How do I register my business as a vendor?

Visit the registration page, select "Service Provider", and complete the application form. We review all applications before approving listings. If you have questions before applying, message us on WhatsApp or email info@justrelocation.com.

A vendor listed here behaved inappropriately. What should I do?

Report it to us immediately at info@justrelocation.com. We investigate all complaints and remove vendors who do not meet our standards. Please include as much detail as possible.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@justrelocation.com with your request. We will process account deletions within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
