Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justrelocation.com (the "Platform") operated by CENTRC Ltd, trading as JustRelocation ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We distinguish between two types of users: Healthcare Workers (NHS staff who use the Platform to find services) and Vendors (businesses listed on the Platform). Specific obligations for each are set out below.

1. Service description

JustRelocation is a directory and referral marketplace. We connect NHS healthcare workers with local service providers — including letting agents, banks, immigration lawyers, GP practices, money transfer services, and driving schools — near NHS hospitals across the UK.

We are an intermediary. We do not ourselves provide housing, banking, legal, immigration, or any other service listed on the Platform. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any service listed. The Platform facilitates introductions; the contract for services is between you and the vendor directly.

2. Eligibility and account registration

Healthcare Workers

To register as an NHS healthcare worker you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be currently employed by, or have accepted employment with, an NHS trust in the United Kingdom
  • Provide accurate information during registration

False claims of NHS employment will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action. Access to the Platform is free for eligible NHS healthcare workers.

Vendors

To register as a vendor you must:

  • Be a legitimate business registered in the UK
  • Hold all licences, registrations, and insurance required for your services
  • Pass our onboarding review process
  • Agree to the Vendor Partnership Agreement (separate document)
  • Pay the applicable subscription fee

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@justrelocation.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. User responsibilities

All users of the Platform agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or while using the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without our written permission
  • Harass, discriminate against, or misuse the contact details of other users or vendors
  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds normal usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Vendor responsibilities

In addition to the general user responsibilities above, vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about their services on the Platform
  • Respond to NHS worker enquiries within 48 hours of receipt
  • Treat all enquiries fairly and without discrimination based on nationality, country of origin, or immigration status
  • Honour quotes and commitments made to healthcare workers
  • Maintain appropriate professional licences and insurance throughout the subscription period
  • Use NHS worker contact details only to respond to the enquiry for which the data was shared; not for unrelated marketing or to share with third parties
  • Comply with all applicable consumer protection, data protection, and financial services regulations

Violations of vendor responsibilities may result in platform removal and forfeiture of remaining subscription fees.

5. Payment terms

Vendor subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed at the time of registration. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle.

  • Refunds for leads — we do not provide refunds on the basis that leads did not convert, that healthcare workers did not respond, or due to market conditions or competition from other vendors.
  • Refunds for technical failures — if a billing error occurs or verified fraudulent or duplicate leads are provided, you may request a credit or refund within 14 days.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period of a monthly subscription; annual subscriptions may receive a pro-rata credit on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to CENTRC Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CENTRC Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service you access through it
  • The acts, omissions, or conduct of any vendor listed on the Platform
  • The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided by vendors
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, for NHS workers who have paid nothing, shall not exceed £100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any of these Terms
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity on your account
  • Continued access poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform
  • We discontinue the Platform (in which case we will provide reasonable advance notice)

Upon termination of a vendor account, all active listings will be removed. No refund is issued for the remaining subscription period unless the termination is caused by our breach.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before commencing legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at info@justrelocation.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
