Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
Welcome to JustRelocation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of justrelocation.com (the "Site" or "Platform") operated by CENTRC Ltd ("JustRelocation," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
Important: Two Types of Users
- Healthcare Workers: NHS workers who use the platform to find vetted service providers
- Service Providers (Vendors): Businesses who are listed on the platform and receive qualified leads
These Terms apply to both user types, with specific sections marked accordingly.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Healthcare Worker Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be currently employed by or have accepted employment with an NHS trust in the United Kingdom
- Be relocating to or within the UK for NHS employment purposes
- Provide accurate information during registration
False claims of NHS employment will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
1.2 Vendor Eligibility
- Be a legitimate registered business in the UK
- Have appropriate licenses and insurance for your services
- Pass our vetting process
- Agree to Vendor Partnership Terms (separate agreement)
- Pay applicable subscription fees
1.3 Account Security
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Using strong, unique passwords
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use that you failed to prevent or report promptly.
2. Healthcare Worker Services (Free)
2.1 What We Provide
- Search for vetted service providers
- View vendor profiles and offerings
- Request quotes or information from vendors
- Read reviews from other NHS workers
- Save favorite services and preferences
- Access educational content about UK relocation
2.2 What We Don't Provide
- Provide housing, banking, legal, or other services directly
- Guarantee availability of any specific service
- Make decisions on behalf of vendors (acceptance, pricing, etc.)
- Act as your agent or representative in vendor transactions
- Provide legal, financial, or immigration advice
2.3 Platform Access
Currently, NHS healthcare workers can access the platform without charge. We will provide advance notice if this changes in future.
2.4 Your Data and Vendor Sharing
When you express interest in a vendor:
- We share your contact details and relevant service preferences
- The vendor may contact you directly
- You enter into a direct relationship with that vendor
- We are not party to any contract between you and the vendor

3. Vendor Services (Paid)
3.1 Subscription Requirements
- Pay monthly or annual subscription fees as agreed
- Maintain current payment information
- Pass ongoing quality checks
- Respond to leads within agreed timeframes (typically 24-48 hours)
3.2 Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your services
- Honor quotes and commitments made to healthcare workers
- Treat all leads professionally and without discrimination
- Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance
- Not misuse healthcare worker data
- Not contact healthcare workers for unrelated marketing
Violations result in platform removal and forfeiture of subscription fees.
3.3 Lead Quality and Refunds
- We provide qualified leads, but we do NOT guarantee conversion rates, lead response rates, specific numbers of leads, or exclusivity
No refunds for leads that don't convert, healthcare workers who don't respond, market conditions, or competition from other vendors. Refunds available for technical failures, fraudulent/duplicate leads, or billing errors.
3.4 Vendor Removal
We reserve the right to remove vendors who:
- Discriminate against NHS workers
- Consistently fail to respond to leads
- Receive multiple negative reviews
- Violate these Terms or Vendor Partnership Agreement
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Removal results in account termination without refund of remaining subscription period.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Healthcare Workers: I confirm I am an NHS employee or have accepted NHS employment, and I understand the Platform is a connection service, not a guarantee of services.
Vendors: I confirm I am authorized to bind my business to these Terms and the separate Vendor Partnership Agreement.
These Terms of Service are effective as of December 18, 2026.
