Is this really free?
Yes. Letting agents and other partners pay to be on JustRelocation. NHS staff never pay us anything.
I have no UK landlord reference and no UK payslips. Can I still apply?
Yes. Our partner agent uses GoodLord referencing and accepts applications from NHS nurses without UK rental history. Your NHS contract is the main document.
Which areas are the flats in?
Kennington, Oval, Vauxhall, Elephant and Castle and Camberwell. That is 10 to 25 minutes to St Thomas', Guy's and King's by bus, tube or bike.
Can I share with another nurse?
Yes. Tell us in the form and we will look for a two or three bedroom place. Sharing usually brings your rent down a lot.
When should I start?
Now. Trust accommodation usually lasts 8 to 12 weeks. Referencing and moving takes 2 to 4 weeks. Start in week 4, not week 10.
